Feeding system, lining and curling

Feeding the shells directly on the chuck where they will be lined. While the six chucks spin with the shells, they are lined and curled at the same time.

Outbound conveyor

A perfectly synchronized conveyor (optional) directs the ends towards the oven.

Oven

The vertical convection oven Dual Loop (optional) provides twice the time for optimal drying of the compound.

Hot air generator

It heats the air from 60 to 200 ºC by means of a gas burner or electric heaters.

Control Panel

Touch panel to have total control of the machine.

Ventilation turbines

They work in depression to ensure that the air flow is correct and never accumulate gases.

Brass pocket chain

More durable than plastic, without friction or jams as they occur in endless screws, drive the shells inside the oven with a dual vertical movement to increase their drying time.
